Clarity before consequential decisions

I work with boards and executive teams at points of transition — when regulatory pressure, market change, leadership shifts, or preparation for sale or acquisition bring underlying issues to the surface and key decisions can no longer be deferred.

My role is not implementation or long-term advisory.  I work in short, focused engagements to help decision-makers see clearly what is actually happening, determine what must change, and make sound decisions before time or external forces narrow their options.

Perspective
In many organisations, the real risk is not lack of effort but delayed recognition of where and how effort should be expended — continuing activity long after the underlying rationale has changed.  My work is often about stopping the wrong work, not creating more.
